What are production times like?The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact fulfillment timeframe can differ from order to order. You will receive an email with as estimated time of arrival for your order.

How can I report an issue with my order?If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, Be God's Glory offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Refunds will be redeemed after the product is returned. Shipping and handling for returns are paid at consumers expense.

How can I cancel or edit an order?If the order hasn't been sent to production yet, the order can be canceled, as well as edited by an Be God's Glory representative. If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point. If you need to update an address, that may be possible if the item hasn't been prepared for shipping. Production times are typically 24 hours after your order is placed but can fluctuate so we suggest making changes as soon as you notice a discrepancy in your order. Be God's Glory is not responsible for orders that are the wrong size, color or sent to the wrong address but we would love to help correct any errors and make sure our consumers are happy.

How do you handle returns and refunds?Be God's Glory is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Be God's Glory offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following: The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us). The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard. The order contains 12 or more items. However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.

Can I purchase a custom shirt?Yes. If you would like to purchase a custom shirt specialized towards your liking, we can help. Please contact us with your design ideas. We will customize your order and ship it to you directly. Please allow 5-10 business days to design and create your order. We will need to confirm the design with you before sending to production. Once your design is sent to production please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping in the US (please see shipping FAQ) for rates and times for different areas. Custom designs start at $45 plus shipping and handling and the price will adjust to the size you desire. We can also cater to bulk orders.

What is the shipping process and time?If you are shipping in the United States, you can expect arrival of your purchases between 2-5 business days. Shipping cost for shirts will start at $4.75 and $2.40 for additional items. Shipping to Canada can take from 10-30 business days and rates are $9.39 and $4.39 for additional items. Shipping to Australia can take from 10-30 business days and rates are $12.99 and $4.99 for additional items. Shipping to the rest of the world can take from 10-30 business days and rates are $10.00 and $4.00 for additional items.

What type of shipping methods do you offer?Our Shipping Methods are: USPS First Class USPS Priority Mail USPS Express Priority Asendia IPA Fully Tracked Asendia USA DHL Tracking is available for your orders. All garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into self-sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box.

How are shipping cost calculated for multiple items?Products can be shipped at a reduced rate if they are of the same product type (for example, shirts, or hats). In other cases, the full shipping fee will be applied to each product.
